With an intentional balance of high-low offerings, our service style and menus close the gaps between where our food is grown, prepared, and enjoyed. We are available for a wide range of event types and sizes, and are happy to come to you (with or without airstream in tow!) and create a custom menu that features our favorite seasonal Hudson Valley fare.
