From November through January we will bring our Westerly Canteen menus, inspired by years of cooking in California, the aperitivo tradition in Italy, the cave á mangers (wine bars) of France, and the growers of our food here in the Hudson Valley to the restaurant at Troutbeck.  We are thrilled to have a dining room to invite you to for the next few months. As the temps drop quickly, (we even had a mini snow this week!) it is time to put our beloved roving kitchen in storage until Spring. While the full-fledged restaurant of the Hotel offers a different stage than our airstream in a field, we plan to come fully as ourselves and honor our playful, celebratory traditions in an honest, unpretentious manner. We hope you’ll join us!

Troutbeck has been a welcoming advocate of ours since our arrival to the area earlier this summer, hosting some of our first pop-ups as their “neighbors in residence”, so this collaboration feels like a wonderfully synergistic winter iteration of Westerly Canteen.
